Looking like a picture postcard with creeper covered walls, bright shutters, shady ancient plane trees and colourful pots of flowers, this comfortable, spacious property occupies one end of a typical provence mas, built at the turn of the century and set in large grassy grounds with fruit trees, a golf driving area and a boules ground. It has a large private pool, a shady dining terrace and its own billiard table. A small golf practice area can be found just 90m away. The discreet owners live at the other end of the property. It is just outside Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, a town dotted with sparkling water wheels along its criss crossing clear rivers, which can be explored by kayak or admired from the riverside terrace of one of its excellent restaurants. Internationally renowned for its antique shops and one of France's best markets, it is only a short drive to the famous Luberon villages and beautiful regional park. Parking. The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
