With a mature and well maintained garden this delightful villa is peacefully located on the outskirts of a pretty village. Just to the north of the mountainous Luberon range, the property provides an excellent touring base with interesting and varied excursions awaiting in all directions. Two touristy villages within 10km are Isle-sur-la-Sorgue and Gordes, and also Fontaine de Vaucluse, best known for its fountain, the famous resurgent spring which rises in a picturesque site. Day excursions, with the furthest only being approximately an hours drive, could include St. Rémy-de-Provence, Avignon, Aix-en-Provence, Marseille or even La Camargue. Note: The discreet owner lives within the grounds, is completely independent and does not overlook either the pool or the garden. Parking. The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
