The villa is inward-facing for total privacy.
This villa, built in 2004, is located within a beautiful 36-hole golf course. It offers perfect space, quiet and privacy. All rooms surround the private walled garden with pool measuring 12m x 5m x 2m deep (max)which uses a saline filter system with minimal chemicals. The master has a huge en-suite bathroom with tub, as well as an outside 'rain' shower. Bedrooms 2 and 3 share an en-suite with shower and bath. Bedroom 4 bunk-room has an en-suite shower-room also accessible from the pool.
In a very quiet valley with several lakes and surrounded by green undeveloped hills, it is an excellent location for peace & quiet, yet only a 10-minute drive to Phuket Town and the famous beaches at Patong. The Boat Lagoon Marina is also 5 minutes away, as are Phuket's three major shopping malls and modern international hospitals.
For kids (and big kids) a cable-ski & wake-board lake, go-kart and ATV/trail bike parks are within 1 mile.

• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 5 minute(s). There are 3 huge shopping centres 5 minutes by car. Patong and Phuket Town with a wide variety of shops, bars and restaurants are a 10-minute drive away. Phuket's huge new shopping centres (Lotus Tesco, Big C and Central) are all just 5 minutes drive.
• Beach is located within a 10 minute(s) drive. Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is fine sand. The ocean and famous beaches of Patong, Kata, Karon and Kamala are a 15-minute drive away. There is a popular cable-tow wakeboard lake less than 1 mile away.
• Nearby Attractions: Wakeboard lake, go-kart track, bungee-jump, shooting range all 2-3 minute drive
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 250) are refunded if unit is re-rented.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
• All pets are allowed but must be approved by the Owner. A deposit of 250 will apply.
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 9:00 AM.
• Maid Service is provided every 4 days during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $35 per day.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
