The house has beautiful views of the golf course. You can watch golfers messing up the long uphill par-3 hole number 8 while you sip a cocktail in the pool - safely located 20 meters behind the green! The evenings are particularly beautiful as the light fades in the valley over the lakes and hills. The location is in a very quiet valley with several lakes, surrounded by green tropical hills. It has a small private garden with plunge pool looking over palms, greens, fairways and large lakes, with hills behind.
This comfortable townhouse was totally renovated in 2006 and all bathrooms, furniture and appliances are new. It is split-level over 3 floors, with 1 bedroom on each floor, ensuring privacy for a family or group. There are also washing/laundry and study rooms. There is private access through the private open garage. A great location for peace and quiet, yet only a 10-minute drive to Phuket town and the beaches at Patong. The Boat Lagoon Marina is also 5 minutes away, as are excellent modern international hospitals.

• Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
• All pets are allowed but must be approved by the Owner. A deposit of 250 will apply.
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 9:00 AM.
• Maid Service is provided daily during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
