The house is in a private community with 5 private lakes. Three of the lakes have beach areas with lifeguards and playgrounds, picnic areas and charcoal grills. There are tennis courts, basketball courts, shuffleboard and horseshoe pits. Fishing is allowed. There is a private ski area with lift, snow permitting. Organized activities for children and adults. Attractions include; biking, hiking, fishing, canoeing/rafting, Skiing, Ice skating, golfing and hunting. The Crossings shopping outlet is nearby, and Pocono International Raceway is less than 10 miles away.

    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel less than 60 days prior, there is no refund.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque
    CANCELLATIONS – A sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 60 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment and damage/reservation deposit. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit.

    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • Dogs and Cats are allowed but must be approved by the Owner. A deposit of $200 will apply.
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
