ACCOMMODATION: (60 m2) Gr. fl.: living/dining room (satellite TV) with access to the outside and kitchen corner (oven, freezer), small laundry room (sink), 1 bathroom with shower. Mezzanine fl.: 1 small twin bedded room. 1st fl.: 1 large double bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower. Equipped garden (approx. 55 m2) partly paved.

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
