Two apartments obtained from the complete restorationof an ancient farmhouse and its hayloft that create a sole building. The apartments have been restored that respects the structure s original architecture. View of the countryside. Peaceful position near a small road. Simple-style but complete furniture with period pieces. Dogs are allowed but must be kept on a leash. Parking. Baby-bed availableCentral heating. ACCOMMODATION: (120 m2) Gr. fl.: charming living room (satellite TV) with beautiful original wooden ceiling, old-fashined wood burning oven and fireplace, kitchen/dining room (oven, freezer), 1 small double. 1st fl.: 2 double bedrooms one of which is big and one with beds that can be separated, 2 bathrooms with shower one of which is very small. It is possible to add an additional sleeping space to be requested at the time of booking and to be paid for on the spot. Equipped terraced garden (approx. 50 m2), a part of which is paved and another part is a lawn.

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
