    This apartment is unique and very special. It is over 300 years old and will appeal to those with an interest in history. It is light and sunny for most of the day - depending on the weather and the season. The street is partially pedestrianised and therefore reasonably quiet.The owners live in it for part of the year and it has a lived-in and homely atmosphere. This is a very special apartment being in a Grade II listed building and dating from 1698. It has many original features, panelled walls, window shutters and so on and the owners will require reassurance that guests will treat it with the gentleness and respect due to the aged.

    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    20% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 20%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit
    We accept Visa,Mastercard,Switch, Solo, Visadelta & JCB. We charge an additional 1% for card payments.
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided.
    • Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
