Thoroughly and stylishly furnished with original features, reclaimed wooden floors & large carpeted bedrooms and 3 fireplaces. The owner lives in the same building and is happy to help. A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, payments (less 300) are refunded if re-rented. Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Travelers Cheques FULLY INCLUSIVE - NO additional bills, or supplements.

- No smoking is allowed.
- Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided.
- Check in after 12:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
- No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
- There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
- Maid Service is provided daily during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of £20.
- Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
