Our aim is for frequent flyers, students, and families to have a quality and safe affordable accommodation during their stay in London. Easy access from London Stansted Airport to the house. We will provide airport drop in service for £30 up to 4 people. 8 minutes walk to the station (Zone 4) and 2 minutes for the bus. 40 minutes to Liverpool street.

    Payment Details
    20% non-refundable deposit is due at time of booking.(Balance due 30 days in advance.) A 30 refundable key deposit is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 50%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Email Money Transfer - Western Union
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • Smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 9:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of £6/hour.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
