    Payment Details
    20% non-refundable deposit is due at time of booking.(Balance due 30 days in advance.) A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel 60 or more days prior, payments are refunded.
    Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - American Express - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed. A High Chair can be provided with a deposit/fee of: 300.00.
    • Check in after 12:00 PM and check out before 5:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
    • An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 100.00.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
    • Pool heat is included in rates.
