Special Conditions
Cleaning fee covers normal cleaning. If extra cleanup is necessary (above standard), you will be charged to your deposit at a rate of $50.00/hour. Absolutely no smoking in the house. Ash trays are provided on the deck for smoking outdoors. Extra cleanup fees will apply if you smoke inside home. Any lost, stolen, or damaged items will be charged to your deposit for replacement or repair.

• Nearby Attractions: Cape Disappointment, Ledbetter Point, Fort Canby State Park, Willapa Bay and the Port of Illwaco all within a very short drive of the house.
Payments and Policies
Payment Details
All of the rent is required (immediately) to complete the booking. A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 100) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Western Union - Travelers Cheques
Any Cancellations must be made a minimum of 2 months prior to initial check in date. If canceled at least two months in advance there is no penalty. Within 2 month window there is a $100 penalty minimum. If the unit is re-rented the only penalty is the $100, if not re-rented it is equivalent to the missed rent.

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• Dogs are allowed. A fee of $20/night will apply.
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
