You can find anything from hand woven rugs and silver to sweatshirts and T-shirts. Local shops offer everything from fishing tackle, snorkel equipment, beach toys, sculptures, seashells and mineral rock necklaces. Locals have arts and crafts such as plates, candles, sculptures, silver, blankets and ceramics sold throughout Loreto's shopping district.

Wake up, walk outside your front door and stroll down to the beach for a morning swim. You could plan your entire day from there and never once leave the beach. 50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel 30 or more days prior, payments (less 50) are refunded. Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - American Express Deposit Policy – Policy varies depending on length of rental term. Cancellation Policy – Policy varies depending on length of rental term. All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card deposit.

- No smoking is allowed.
- Children are allowed and children under 13 years old stay free. A Crib, High Chair and a Play Pen can be provided with a deposit/fee of: $100 .00.
- Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
- Dogs and Cats are allowed but must be approved by the Owner. A deposit of $500.00 will apply.
- There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
- No Maid Service is provided during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $45.00.
- Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
