• Loreto International Airport (LTO) is within a 10 minute(s) drive. AeroMexico, Delta, and Alaska Airlines are the 3 recommended carriers when traveling from the USA/Canada into Loreto(LTO).

• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 10 minute(s). The Inn at Loreto Bay is a short 10 minute walk from the Village. The Inn has 3 restaurants, and a lounge. There are numerous restaurants in the town of Loreto which is a 10 minute drive. There are many shops to check out browsing around the cobblestone streets of Loreto. You can find anything from hand woven rugs and silver to sweatshirts and T-shirts. Local shops offer everything from fishing tackle, snorkel equipment, beach toys, sculptures, seashells and mineral rock necklaces. Locals have arts and crafts such as plates, candles, sculptures, silver, blankets and ceramics sold throughout Loreto's shopping district.

Wake up, walk outside your front door and stroll down to the beach for a morning swim. You could plan your entire day from there and never once leave the beach. 1 nights rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel 30 or more days prior, payments (less 1 nights rent) are refunded. Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - American Express Deposit Policy – Policy varies depending on length of rental term. Cancellation Policy – Policy varies depending on length of rental term. All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card deposit.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed and children under 13 years old stay free. A Crib, High Chair and a Play Pen can be provided with a deposit/fee of: $100 .00.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• Dogs and Cats are allowed but must be approved by the Owner. A deposit of $500.00 will apply.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $45.00.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
