This villa is in a most stunning location, enjoying uninterrupted, far-reaching views over the woods and hills beyond. Grasse, with its perfume factories, makes for an interesting day trip, as do the coastal resorts of Saint Tropez and Sainte Maxime. The open-plan sitting room/dining room, which has air conditioning for the summer and a welcoming open fire in winter, enjoys the wonderful views. The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
