Ancient farmhouse (170 m2) that dates back to early 19th century in a panoramic and peaceful position. The house is spread out onto three levels but each level has direct access to the garden. At the guests' disposal are equipped outdoor areas and a swimming pool (4x9) set in a panoramic position which you can reach by following along a small private road in front of the property. Barbecue. Shaded car park. Access to the house along 200 m of dirt track road.
ACCOMMODATION: Gr. fl.: living room (satellite TV) with double divan bed, kitchenette with a small table, 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower. Outside is a small garden, table and small covered terrace. This floor does not communicate internally with the rest of the house.
1st fl.: living room with fireplace, dining area with fireplace, kitchen (oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher), 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedded room, 1 bathroom with shower. Outside is a large panoramic terrace with view of the valley.
2nd fl.: living room (satellite TV), 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedded room, 1 bathroom with shower. Outside is a small equipped garden with Jacuzzi bath. Reasonably comfortable furniture. Central heating. Baby-beds available (Euro 20/week/each)..
LOCATION: 4 km from Loro Ciuffenna (food shops), 15 km Montevarchi (all kinds of shops), 35 km Arezzo, 55 km Florence, 65 km Siena. Tennis courts approx. 2 km away.
The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
