Beautiful farmhouse recently restored and converted into 18 charming apartments, situated on the splendid estate of Poggitazzi, not far from the medieval small town of Loro Ciuffenna. The estate comprises a magnificent Renaissance villa and other farmhouses, all of which nestling amidst ancient green trees. The property is set in quiet location and stretches along an Etruscan route going through the Arno Valley. At guests' disposal: furnished garden, swimming-pool (16 x 8 m - maximum depth 1,45 m - open from 10/05 to 10/10), bread-oven and shared barbecue. All of the apartments are provided with safe and air-conditioning. The access to the property is via an unpaved but well-maintained road of approx. 200 m. Maid service available by arrangement Euro15 / per hour payable on the spot. On request it is possible to hire a baby bed Euro 50 / per week (payment on the spot). Only small pets are allowed provided that they are tended by their owners. The produce of the estate is available for clients to be purchased. It is possible to buy the products of the estate. The apartments are nicely furnished with in a local country style. Parking. Central heating. Internet access.

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
