This private one acre compound is five years old, and is available for rental by the day (3 night minimum) or week.
The casa includes three spacious bedrooms, each with en suite bath, and beds for up to 8 people (Master Suite - 1 King, Suite #2 - 2 Queen beds, Suite #3 - 1 King). Its 4,000 square feet of dramatically open space provides spectacular views of the water and room for entertaining a crowd. The Casa includes all the modern amenities including satellite TV, a built-in stereo system, high speed wireless internet, and a “state of the art” kitchen with wine coolers, warming drawers, 6-burner gas range, and microwave.
The 2,000 sq. ft. casita (guest house) offers a full kitchen, living area with fireplace, satellite TV, and two bedrooms with en suite baths, sleeping up to 6 additional guests (Suite #1 - 1 Queen, Suite #2 - 2 Double beds).
The casa comes with daily maid and concierge services included. A fishing boat and captain and catering services are available for a additional fees. Having having delicious meals brought to the casa is a great value and very relaxing.
