There is a view out of living room providing lush view of yard and community pool/palapa; upstairs veranda off of master bedroom provides outside seating to overlook the 9th hole of the golf course.

Bucerias: Take a 5 minute drive North from the unit on Highway 200 and make a stop in the quaint little town of Bucerias. Bucerias literally translated means "Place of the Divers". This little town will win your heart. Downtown you will find four main streets running parallel to the ocean that offer a myriad of small boutiques, a few art galleries and of course many friendly locals. On the beachfront you will find numerous open air Oceanside dining delights. Sit on the beach (literally) and take in great ocean views or step back a few feet and eat inside. New business, stores, banks, restaurants and services sprouting up everywhere assure you that Bucerias is on the move. Take the drive to Bucerias, it is well worth the time.
