Beautifully furnished and well-equipped 1 bedroom, 2 bathroom, plus living room with sofa and fold out bed (sleeps 1). There is also a full kitchen and patio.
Rates include wireless Internet,and Basic Cable TV. Additional amenities are Pool, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Fitness and Recreation rooms including Ping Pong and Pool table.

All of the rent is required (immediately) to complete the booking. A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $100.00 per visit. If a guest leaves the unit as found, a rebate may be provided.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
• Pool heat is included in rates.
