Payment Details

The booking is confirmed with a credit card and payment made on arrival. There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund.
Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - American Express
In order to process your card, we will need the following info: Your card type, (Master Card or Visa.) Card # First and Last name on card, Address to where the statement is sent, Exp. date Once your booking is confirmed we will send you your Credit Card Ref. #. and block out your dates on our availability calendar. Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib can be provided.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
• All pets are allowed but must be approved by the Owner.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Maid Service is provided every 7 days during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
