1 Double Bed (sleeps 2). Room features a full size closet and a sliding glass door to a balcony. Panoramic views includes Mt. Wilson, The Angeles National Forrest, the Verdugo Mountains and Griffith Park and the Griffith Park Observatory.

Family Room

1 King or 2 Singles Air Mattress (sleeps 2). The office or the family room can also fit a double or king sized air mattress. We have two available air mattresses - a double and a king.

• Burbank Airport is within a 30 minute(s) drive. Our house is also approximately 45 minutes drive to LAX, a little over an hour to John Wayne Airport in Orange County, Long Beach airport or Ontario airport.
• Transit: can be reached by walking for 10 minute(s). Type of transit is Bus. Our house is approximately a 20 minute drive to Union Station in downtown Los Angeles. It is approximately a 10 minute drive to a Subway stop on the Metro Gold Line.
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 10 minute(s). There are more than 10 golf course(s) nearby.
• Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by driving for 90 minute(s). It is approximately a one to two hour drive to reach Big Bear ski resorts from our house.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 15 minute(s). There are numerous fine dining restaurants within driving distance of our house in the Eagle Rock, Glendale and Pasadena area. You can also reach just about any chain restaurant imaginable with a 15 to 20 minute drive.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

The payment policy is flexible and can be worked out with the owner. There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 10 or more days prior to arrival) - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Email Money Transfer - Western Union - Travelers Cheques

Policies

• Smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 10:00 AM and check out before 1:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• All pets are allowed but must be approved by the Owner.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
