• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 20 minute(s). The house is in the hills and unless you are very hardy nothing is in walking distance, but shopping and restaurants are only minutes away by vehicle.
• Santa Monica Beach is about 15 miles away.
Payments and Policies
Payment Details
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit (equal to one night's rent) is required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque
*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed but this unit is not suitable for children under the age of 5.
• Check in after 1:00PM and check out before 11:00AM.
• Dogs and Cats are allowed but must be approved by the Owner. A deposit/fee of 100.00/pet will apply.
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 12:00AM and 7:00AM.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. Housekeeping is provided daily during a stay. If a guest leaves the unit as found, a rebate may be provided.
