Tri-level home with two bedrooms and two baths plus an office with futon for additional sleeping. Gorgeous, private, and terraced patio on the upper level through french doors off the first bedroom, as well as an additional patio with patio seating and table for four. Floors: upper level living room and bedrooms are hard wood and downstairs kitchen and office area gorgeous rock floors. Laundry room with washer and dryer. High ceilings throughout, wood beamed ceilings in kitchen, lots of windows and french doors.

Payments and Policies
Payment Details
A refundable security/damage deposit of 1,500 is required.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card - American Express - PayPal - Direct Bank Deposit - Discover Card - Cash - Email Money Transfer
50% percent of total payment is required to hold requested times. The second half will be due 21 days prior to your arrival. 100% is due if your stay is in less than 21 days. If you cancel, you will get a full refund so long as I can rebook it (a 15% fee will be assessed), and it will be prorated according to days booked. Your rate and reservation are not guaranteed until funds clear. A security deposit is payable via bank transfer or credit card authorization. It will be refunded to you within two weeks of departure (although its usually only a couple of days).

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• Dogs and Cats are allowed but must be approved by the Owner.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
