    • Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). There is a very good local restaurant on the corner (Pace). Reservations are required. Laurel Canyon is an exclusive neighborhood with only this restaurant, a "Canyon Country Store" with a deli. There is also a dry cleaners. Sunset Boulevard is only 1 mile down the road and is easily accessed by foot, car or taxi. Sunset Boulevard has many famous restaurants, clubs and high end shops.
    • Beach is located within a 25 minute(s) drive. Approximately 10 miles to Malibu. The beach is approximately 10 miles from the Hollywood Hills in Malibu. It is a beautiful drive through Bel Air on Sunset Blvd.
    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    All of the rent is required (30 or more days in advance) to complete the booking. A refundable security/damage deposit of 1,500 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 30 or more days prior to arrival) - Visa - Master Card - American Express - PayPal - Direct Bank Deposit - Discover Card - Cash - Email Money Transfer
    50% percent of total payment is required to hold requested times. The second half will be due 30 days prior to your arrival. 100% is due if your stay is in less than 30 days. If you cancel, you will get a full refund so long as I can rebook it (a 15% fee will be assessed), and it will be prorated according to days booked. Please bank transfer the appropriate amount for the 5% discount (lowest posted rates are via bank transfer). It can often be done easily via telephone. Your rate and reservation are not guaranteed until funds clear. Please read the information below regarding checks (and keep in mind that another party may get payment in before you). Balance is due upon arrival. Deposit of $1500 is payable via bank transfer or credit card authorization. It will be refunded to you within 2 weeks of departure (although its usually only a couple of days).

    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 11:00 AM and check out before 4:00 PM.
    • Dogs and Cats are allowed under 15lbs (7kg) in size but must be approved by the Owner.
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
