This villa is very charming and has a beautiful garden setting. The views from the balcony as well as the rooftop deck are amazing! The second bedroom is located on the ground floor away from the main house and bedroom which offers excellent privacy. If you are looking for a true Mexican experience with the important luxuries of home then this is the place for you! Owner is also on site to help with any concerns that may arise or offer great advice on dining etc. We also provide a kayak and 2 bikes for your pleasure!

• Los Cabos Airport is within a 45 minute(s) drive.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 5 minute(s). We are located a mile N. of town!
• Ocean is located less than 1 minute away. Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is sand and rocks. There is no dock located here but you can carry the kayak to the water and push off! There is a beautiful Coral Reef right around our beach so snorkeling is also a great option. Beach Equipment: Canoe.
• Nearby Attractions: There is wind surfing about a half a mile away Shopping is right in town (1 mile) ATV, Horse, and Charter rentals are just a mile away.
Payments and Policies
Payment Details
25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Travelers Cheques
*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• A maximum of 2 Dogs and/or Cats are allowed but must be approved by the Owner. A deposit of 300.00 will apply.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
