Luxury 2 bedroom apartment in the private Sur y Sol complex, which is ideally situated only 250m from the beach in a central, level area of Los Cristianos. There are lots of shops, bars and restaurants nearby including a supermarket by the main gate. It is an easy walk into the town centre.
Our apartment has been furnished to a very high standard including cream leather settee's, 28" flat screen TV and a ceiling fans in all the rooms and LCD TV's in both bedrooms.

• Golf: can be reached by driving for 15 minute(s). There are 2 golf course(s) nearby.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). There are lots of shops, bars and restaurants nearby including a supermarket by the main entrance.
• Beach is located within a 5 minute(s) walk. Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is sand and rocks. Los Cristianos beach with fine sand is 15 mins walk.
Payments and Policies
Payment Details
25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 30 or more days prior to arrival) - PayPal - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash

Policies
• Smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 12:00 AM and 8:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
