2 Single Beds (sleeps 2). The small twin bedroom has a bedside cabinet, ceiling fan, and hanging rails
Bathroom 1 has toilet, shower, hair dryer and one basin.
The south facing balcony overlooks the communal pool and towards the sea.
• Tenerife South Airport is within a 30 minute(s) drive. My manager will arrange transport from the airport and show you round the apartment for the same price as a taxi.
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 10 minute(s). There are 2 golf course(s) nearby. There are many golf courses in the south of Tenerife as the all year round weather there is ideal for golfers.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). There are lots of shops, bars and restaurants nearby including a large Mercadonna supermarket in the next block.
• Beach is located within a 5 minute(s) walk. Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is fine sand. Los Cristianos harbour is only 15 mins walk where there are fishing trips, Whales and Dolphins cruises and a ferry service to Gomera.
• Nearby Attractions: There is a Water Park and Airpark 1o mins drive in Las Americas.
25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 12:00 AM and 8:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
