• The complex is 12km from Tenerife Sur airport, it is 20 euros in a taxi and is a 10 minute ride.
• Golf: can be reached by walking for 20 minute(s). Golf Information; Los Diamantes is ideally situated for easy reach within 15 - 20 minute taxi ride to FIVE golf courses. Golf las Americas (9 Holes), Adeje Golf (9 holes soon to become 18), Los Palos (9 holes par 3), Golf del Sur (18 holes) and Amarilla Golf (18 holes). All but Los Palos will require a handicap certificate. For your non-golfing partner, beaches, whale/dolphin trips, sunbathing at the pool, bars and restaurants all beckon.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). The apartment is located in the quiet upmarket Oasis Del Sur area of the Los Cristianos resort, close to a considerable number of excellent bars and International restaurants.
• Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is coarse sand. The complex is located about a 10 minute or 1km walk from the Seafront

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 100) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque
Terms are 100 Pound deposit with Holiday booking- balance due 6 weeks before start of vacation. Full payment required on confirmation for Last minute bookings and special promotions.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 12:00 AM and 8:00 AM.
• Maid Service is provided every 7 days during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
