From the front of the apartment you can view La Manga strip over the Mar Menor, to the rear you look out onto the secure private pool area with trees and gardens.

There is a small park next to the apartment, with a tennis court. A welcome pack will be supplied on arrival. The air conditioning system is wall mounted in the living room. Complex pool is available from 10am-1pm.

• Golf: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). La Manga Club with three 18-hole courses is one of the world's great resorts. A luxurious playground has been shaped on 1400 acres of lush, rolling countryside scattered with thousands of palm trees and surrounded by lemon groves. The apartment is 10 minutes from the world famous La Manga Club which, along with it's 3 Championship Golf Courses, the club also boasts a 5* Hotel and all it's ammenities, tennis courts, restaurants and spa. In addition there are many other courses available less than 30 minutes away.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). There are many local shops and restaurants in Los Nietos, but for variety Los Belones, 5 mins drive away has Spanish, Mexican, Indian, Chinese, Asian, Italian and other restaurants, along with an ice cream palour not to be missed. There are two local supermarkets or 15mins away a hypermarket at La Manga is available.
• Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is fine sand. There is a dock and moorage float/anchor. Blessed by the mild Mediterranean climate it has at least 315 days of sun per year. Minimum temperatures range between 12-14C and maximum temperatures between 20-22C in winter. Summer temperatures vary between 18-20C minimum and between 30-35Cmaximum. The average annual temperature is 18C. The local beach is less than 5 minutes stroll through Los Nietos and as part of the Mar Menor there are no tides to be concerned with just shallow warm water to swim in and areas for watersports if required. Additional beaches can be reached by car in 15 minutes if alternative wave conditions are wanted. The Mar Menor, Europe's largest salt water lagoon, over 170 square kilometres of shallow water surrounded by the districts of San Pedro del Pinatar, San Javier, Santiago de la Ribera, Los Alcazares and La Manga to name just a few. The beach is just 5 mins stroll away, and is part of the Mar Menor itself.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

20% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. .
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash
Non refundable booking payment of 20% to confirm, can be paid in stirling at time of booking. Balance due on arrival, along with the $200 refundable security deposit and $75 cleaning payment.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 11:00 AM and check out before 4:00 PM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
