Modern villa from the 1970s in the hills (100 m a.s.l.) of Lucca. Beautiful views of the countryside. Good level of peace and quiet. The house is surrounded by a large fenced-in, equipped lawn, with olive trees and fruit trees. The property has a putting green, 2 holes (par 3) and a drive net, large swimming pool (7x10) equipped with gazebo and cots. The property borders a Tennis Club with three red-soil courses. DISTANCES: 3 km grocery shops, 5 km Lucca, 30 km the beaches of the Versilia, 20 km Pisa, 30 km the golf course of Forte dei Marmi, 40 km the spas of Montecatini and golf club and Tirrenia with 2 golf courses (9 and 18 holes), 47 km marble quarries, 80 km Florence.
ACCOMMODATION: (400 m2) Gr. fl.: large living room (TV) characterised by large steps with fireplace and large windows from where you can access the grounds and the lawn, dining room with access to the garden, country kitchen (microwave, freezer, dishwasher) with access to the lawn. Mezzanine gr. fl. (accessed by 3 large stairs): 3 double bedrooms, 2 twin bedded rooms, 2 bathrooms with bath and 2 bathrooms with shower, laundry room (washing machine). Library with fireplace. Comfortable furniture. Baby-bed available.

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
