30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 1,500 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 5:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Maid Service is provided every 3 days during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 16 € per hour.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
