The villa is nestled on a hill-top, in the countryside and is surrounded by ancient vineyards and olive groves. From each window there is a view of the villa's garden and of the hills.

• Pisa Airport is within a 45 minute(s) drive. The villa offers the possibility of arranging taxi/driver pick up at the airport.
• Transit: can be reached by driving for 5 minute(s). Type of transit is Bus. The nearest train station is in Lucca and it is a 15 minutes drive. To get to Lucca it is possible to catch a Bus, the nearest bus station is a 2 minutes walk. The villa offers the additional service of all bus and train time-tables.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 10 minute(s). The area is full of restaurants within driving distances. The nearest shopping centre is in the town of San Concordio di Moriano where it is possible to find a big supermarket, which is a 10 minutes drive. Lucca city centre is also recheable by a 15 minutes bus ride.

30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less a variable percentage depending on the timing) are refunded.

• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Maid Service is provided every 1 days during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
