50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 800 is required. If you cancel 60 or more days prior, payments (less 50) are refunded - less than 60, no refund.

• Smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided.
• Check in after 5:00 PM and check out before 9:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• Dogs are allowed but must be approved by the Owner. A fee of 80 will apply.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 60.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
