2 Single Murphy/Wall Beds (sleeps 2). This room has 2 day beds and opens out to a balcony with outdoor lounge chairs.
Bathroom 1 has toilet, shower, hair dryer, one basin and bidet.
Bathroom 2 is an en suite and has toilet, shower, hair dryer and one basin.
Each room has a balcony which displays a spectacular view of the garden and pool below but more impressively of the hills and small villages. It is truly breathtaking and offers a relaxing time soaking in the Tuscan feel.
• Pisa Airport is within a 30 minute(s) drive. Also Florence Airport is a 30-45 minute drive.
• Transit: can be reached by driving for 5 minute(s). Type of transit is Train. A 5 minute drive down the hill to Bagni di Lucca will give you access to the train or bus to all major destinations eg: Lucca, Florence, Pisa, Rome etc.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 5 minute(s). Bagni di Lucca is a 5 minute drive away where you will find all the restaurants, shops, market on Saturdays, bars and supermarkets.
• Beach is located within a 30 minute(s) drive.
• Nearby Attractions: The baths of Bagni di Lucca are only a 5 minute drive, approx 2 km down the hill and the beautiful walled city of Lucca is only a 25 minute drive. The Garfagnana area is one of the most beautiful and unspoiled areas of Northern Tuscany and not to be missed. Florence, Pisa and the coast - cinqueterre are all short distances away which can be enjoyable day trips.
30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel 60 or more days prior, payments are refunded. Owner accepts payments by: Direct Bank Deposit - Email Money Transfer

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed but this unit is not suitable for persons under the age of 2.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 9:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 5:00 AM.
• Maid Service is provided every 7 days during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 45.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
