The kitchen is of high quality and has the latest in all kitchen utensils and a double oven with marble benches. If you are a lover of cooking then this will certainly be a treat.
1 King Foam Mattress (sleeps 2). Excellent quality mattress with duvet and hotel quality sheets and pillows. This bedroom has an ensuit and opens out to the balcony.
1 Queen Foam Mattress (sleeps 2).
1 King or 2 Singles Foam Mattress (sleeps 2). The attic is very quaint and is suited for either a couple or two children or adults.
Bathroom 1 has toilet, bathtub, shower, hair dryer and one basin.
Bathroom 2 is an en suite and has toilet, shower, hair dryer and one basin.
The views from the balcony which runs across the entire Apartment is of the mountains, the church of Lugliano and the distant villages of this Tuscan area. Truly spectacular!
• Pisa Airport is within a 30 minute(s) drive.
• Transit: can be reached by driving for 5 minute(s). Type of transit is Train. There is a bus in Lugliano which is fairly frequent. If you drive down the hill to Bagni di Lucca you are able to either catch the bus or train to the main destinations such as Lucca, Florence, Cinque Terre, Rome etc.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 5 minute(s). The restaurants, bars and markets are only a 5 minute drive down the hill to Bagni Di Lucca.
• Beach is located within a 45 minute(s) drive.
• Nearby Attractions: The baths of Bagni di Lucca are only a 5 minute drive, approximately 2 km down the hill and the beautiful walled city of Lucca is only a 25 minute drive. The Garfagnana area is one of the most beautiful and unspoiled areas of Northern Tuscany and not to be missed. Florence, Pisa and the coast - Cinque Terre are all short distances away which can be enjoyable day trips.
30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel 60 or more days prior, payments are refunded.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed but this unit is not suitable for persons under the age of 2.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 9:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 5:00 AM.
• Maid Service is provided every 7 days during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 45.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
