The Apartment opens out to a barbeque area, manicured lawn, garden, pool and spectacular mountain scenery. Caters mainly for couples with an additional double sofa bed for another couple or child. The village of Lugliano is a five minute drive to Bagni Di Lucca with restaurants, bars and all amenities and half an hour from the beautiful Lucca.

    Payment Details
    30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 150 is required. If you cancel 60 or more days prior, payments are refunded.

    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed but this unit is not suitable for persons under the age of 2.
    • Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 9:00 AM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 5:00 AM.
    • Maid Service is provided every 7 days during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 35 Euro.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
