1 Queen Foam Mattress (sleeps 2). A romantic style bedroom with modern furniture and stylish lighting. The bathroom is off the bedroom.

Bathroom 1 has toilet, shower, hair dryer, one basin and bidet.
The views are of mountains and depending on the season, snow peaked mountains in the background with small villages laying between the valleys.

• Transit: can be reached by walking for 2 minute(s). Type of transit is Bus. You can catch a bus from Lugliano which will take you to Bagni di Lucca where you are able to either catch a train to all main destinations or a bus to Lucca.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 5 minute(s). A five minute drive down the hill from Lugliano will take you to Bagni di Lucca where all the restaurants, bars and supermarkets and markets are.
• Beach is located within a 45 minute(s) drive.
30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 150 is required. If you cancel less than 90 days prior, there is a full refund.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 9:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 5:00 AM.
• Maid Service is provided every 7 days during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 35.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
