1 Double Trundle Bed (sleeps 2). This is the fourth bedroom. It has a trundle bed that makes out into two twins. There is less privacy to this bedroom as it is also the access to the terrace. Perfect room for kids!
Bathroom 1 is an en suite and has toilet, shower, hair dryer and two basins.
Bathroom 2 has toilet, shower, hair dryer, one basin and bidet.
Bathroom 3 has toilet, bathtub, shower, hair dryer, one basin and bidet.
Entire first floor (Piano Nobile) of a 15th century building. The apartment extends from windows in the front facing Via del Toro, to an "L-shaped" rear side that looks out on a private courtyard. The terrace view is of the the neighbors' terraces! Very open, light and colorful.
All of the rent is required (immediately) to complete the booking. A refundable security/damage deposit of 750 is required. If you cancel less than 60 days prior, there is no refund unless the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 30 or more days prior to arrival) - Visa - Master Card - American Express - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Diners Club - Western Union - Travelers Cheques
Due to Owner Direct "matching" policies, full rent must be paid within the 24 "match" period. No exceptions.
Security deposit is payable in euros (cash) upon arrival and is returned when you leave.

- No smoking is allowed.
- Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided.
- Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
- No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
- Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
- Maid Service is provided every 7 days during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 20 euros per hour.
- Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
