Three bedrooms, 1.5 baths (shower only), full, modern kitchen, laundry room with washer and dryer. Cribs and high chairs are available for our younger guests. The kids love the bunk beds in the third bedroom.

Entire mezzanine level of a 15th century building. The apartment extends from windows in the front facing Via del Toro, to windows in the rear side that looks out on a private courtyard.

• Transit: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Type of transit is Bus. Train station is also within walking distance, but, with luggage, a taxi is better.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). While residence is on a very quiet, one-way street, it is only one block away from the main shopping/dining street in Lucca. Location is terrific!
• Beach is located within a 30 minute(s) drive.
Payments and Policies
Payment Details
All of the rent is required (immediately) to complete the booking. A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel less than 60 days prior, there is no refund.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 30 or more days prior to arrival) - Visa - Master Card - American Express - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Diners Club - Western Union - Travelers Cheques
Due to Owner Direct "matching" policies, full rent must be paid within the 24 "match" period. No exceptions. Security deposit is payable in euros (cash) upon arrival and is returned when you leave.
*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided.
• Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• Maid Service is provided every 7 days during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 20 euros per hour.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
