The front windows look out over Via del Toro and the rooftops of Lucca.
• Pisa Airport is within a 30 minute(s) drive.
• Transit: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Type of transit is Bus. Train station is also within walking distance, but, with luggage, a taxi is better.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). While Residenza Mansi is on a very quiet, one-way street, it is only one block away from the main shopping/dining street in Lucca. Location is terrific!
• Beach is located within a 30 minute(s) drive.
All of the rent is required (immediately) to complete the booking. A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel less than 60 days prior, there is no refund.

Due to Owner Direct "matching" policies, full rent must be paid within the 24 "match" period. No exceptions.
Security deposit is payable in euros (cash) upon arrival and is returned when you leave.

• Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided.
• Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• Maid Service is provided every 7 days during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 20 euros per hour.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
