Villa Collina is above Bagni di Lucca - just 4Km from the town. ideal climate with warm summer days and pleasant nights: Built for owners own use, and furnished with art and antiques. 10 HA (20 acres) of private, lavender-planted terraces, gardens and orchards. Huge pool and private hot-tub; Pizza ovens, outdoor terraces & dining courtyards, along with shaded pergolas for eating and sleeping. Town has all amenities, restaurants and shops. English-speaking housekeeper; Professional chef, local cooks and masseuse are all available. Bocce, board games, gymnasium on site.
House has large gymnasium equipped with Elliptical machine; Recumbent bike; Treadmill; 'General purpose' Gym unit; free weights.
18th Century, working, Pizza Oven
Heating is via both propane furnaces and an independent wood furnace. Guests have option to use either system in winter. Wood stove in living room and pellet stove in master bedroom, in addition to numerous fireplaces.

If you cancel 60 or more days prior, payments (less 1 nt) are refunded - less than 60, no refund.
Cancellations outside of the above policy to be discussed with the owner.
The booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 30 percent of the rent.
The payment balance is due 60 days prior to arrival.
Direct Bank Deposit, Money Order or Cashiers Cheque, PayPal, Personal Cheque. (Available for guests booking 31 or more days prior to arrival)
A refundable security/damage deposit of 1,500 is due on arrival.
