Beautiful farmhouse with outbuilding situated in a peaceful and panoramic position with beautiful views of the surrounding countryside and the hills that surround the city of Arezzo. The villa has been completely renovated by the present owners, tastefully furnished and equipped with all the comforts. In the large, fenced-in garden that surrounds the house you will find a pretty swimming pool (6x12). Parking. DISTANCES: 3.5 km Foiano della Chiana (all kinds of shops), 7 km golf course, 15 km horse riding, 18 km Arezzo, 50 km Siena, 75 km Perugia, 80 km Florence, 85 km Assisi.

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
