Beautiful farmhouse that has been completely restored and split into two large holiday apartments, one of which is set aside for the owner who makes use of it only for certain periods throughout the year. The house is situated on a typical Tuscan gently rolling hill. The large house is characterised not only by the excellent care given to its grounds, but also by a pleasant 3-hole practise golf course (natural grass) and used exclusively by the guests and the owner. The two apartments are quite independent from one another, indeed they each have their own outdoor area and both have separate entrances and car park. In a position set a bit apart from the apartments you will find the swimming pool (12x5, 1-2.4 m deep) (1/6-30/9) (open from 9 am 1 pm and 3 pm 7 pm) with equipped sun terrace shared also with the owner when on location. Shared laundry room (washing machine) is accessible on Wednesday mornings only when the personnel are on site. Each apartment has car access and its own parking area.
DISTANCES: 15 km south of the renowned Medieval town of Monte San Savino , famous for its abundance of craftsmen shops where antique furniture is restored. 5 km Lucignano (all kinds of shops), 25 km Lake Trasimeno (bathing), 30 km Arezzo , 48 km Siena.
ACCOMMODATION: (100 m2) Gr fl.: spacious living/dining room (TV) with kitchen corner (oven), double sofa bed and access onto the terrace and onto the lawn (practise golf course); by going down 6 steps you come to 1 twin bedded room, 1 bathroom with shower, 1 double bedroom (140 cm wide bed) with bathroom with shower. Outbuilding (25 m2): double bedroom with tiny kitchen corner (2 burners, very small sink), 1 bathroom with shower. The small outbuilding has 2 accesses to the outside, one onto the internal garden of the owner and the other onto the back in the private garden. Reasonably comfortable furniture. Central heating.

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
