Independent villa (85 m2) that has been renovate and is situated in the green Tuscan hills rich in olive trees. Peaceful position. Pretty view of the countryside. Fenced in and equipped garden (1000 m2) that is inside a beautiful olive grove. Parking.
ACCOMMODATION: Gr fl.: living room with divan bed, dining room with sitting area and fireplace, kitchenette open onto the dining area (oven), 1 bedroom with French bed (135 cm), 1 twin bedded room, 1 bathroom with bath, passageway with washing machine. Reasonably comfortable furniture.
LOCATION: 1 km Lucignano (all kinds of shops), 27 km Cortona, 30 km Arezzo, 31 km Lake Trasimeno, 42 km Siena.
The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
