Large farm that has been divided into cosy apartments in a property of an ancient noble Senese family, situated in the hills between Pienza and Montalcino. The farmhouses have been tastefully renovated with care into pleasant holiday residences. Olive oil and wheat are produced on the farm. Shared: large grassy areas surrounding the house; equipped swimming pool (8.5x13) (20/5-30-9). Panoramic broad view overlooking the gently sloping hills and the Senese countryside. Peaceful position. Giovanni d'Asso (all kinds of shops), 7 km horse riding,16 km Trequanda (tennis court), 18 km Montalcino home of the famous Brunello wine, 20 km Bagno Vignoni ancient thermal baths dating back to the 13th century for skin and respiration treatment, 24 km Abbazia di Monte Oliveto Maggiore and the Crete Senese, 45 km Siena, 98 km Florence.
The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
