Very well equipped open concept kitchen with spectacular ocean views to cook by. Top quality Lagostina cookware.

2 Single Beds (sleeps 2). Spacious and bright ground floor bedroom, finished in pine with hardwood floors, large closet, 3 piece bath also on this floor near spacious recreation room. Lovely view of the garden, a quiet spot separate from the main floor of the house.

1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2). The master bedroom has splendid ocean views and sounds-imagine going to sleep with the sounds of the ocean surf! Tastefully furnished with contemporary Canadian pine furniture. Deep carpets and a 3 piece ensuite bath add to the comfort. Double closets are available.

1 Queen Bed. Still more wonderful ocean views from this bedroom, a comfortable and perfect spot for visiting grandparents or adult children.

Certainly a "room with a view", this glorious natural wood lined sunroom offers 270 degree bold ocean views, plenty of space for relaxing and viewing the ocean and wildlife during the day, as well as a charming breakfast nook or work area. This lovely space is a perfect bedroom with a comfortable double futon and a fold out single, if needed.

Absolutely amazing 270 degree views of the open ocean, the waves breaking on the reef, Frying Pan Island and its scenic lighthouse and the birds, seals and other wildlife that abound can be found outdoors or in the spacious sun room. Located on six acres on a peninsula, so one is surrounded by fabulous sights and sounds of the ocean, in the house, on the deck, from the saltwater pond or on the beach itself. Wildlife such as eagles and deer abound.

Guests who wish may now have double the space, and the views, by adding on the spacious and bright lower level, a huge recreation room with regulation slate bed pool table, a fourth bedroom and a third bathroom. There are endless opportunities for swimming, relaxing, beach combing, bonfires on the beach, enjoying the view or hiking and exploring on this private and peaceful ocean retreat. The sheltered harbour is excellent for sea kayaking, beginners can start off on the saltwater pond. Quiet country roads offer opportunities for long walks or biking. Other activities include: Angling, seaside and woodland hiking (eg. in the renowned Kejimikujik National Park), sailing, kayaking, whale watching, deep sea fishing, diving, bicycling, golf, visiting the superb restored historic houses and shops in Shelbourne, attending excellent theatre and musical productions, including fiddling and other traditional music.

Osprey Ridge, 30 minutes away in Bridgewater, was voted the best new course in North America in its opening year. • Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 20 minute(s). A scenic 15 minute drive from the excellent restaurants, museums and shops of the charming village of Liverpool with 2 large full service grocery stores. The house is directly on the ocean on a small bay, offering shelter for water activities and creating a lovely white sand beach behind the causeway to the peninsula. This a very quiet and private location with only 1 other house on the peninsula. Located on a private peninsula with bold ocean frontage on 6 acres. A world class, all but deserted white sand beach is a short stroll down our lane. Since it is on a sheltered bay this is a perfect spot for sea kayaking.
Payment Details
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

A High Chair and a Play Pencan be provided. • Check in after 4:00PM and check out before 10:00AM. • Dogs are allowed. • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours. • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
