Payments and Policies

Payment Details

All of the rent is required (immediately) to complete the booking. There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel less than 90 days prior, there is no refund.
Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - PayPal - Discover Card - Email Money Transfer
Cancellation Policy: There would be a $200.00 fee if a client/tenant cancels in writing, with in 90 days of an arrival date.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
