The Milowai complex is located “Halfway to Everywhere” in the village of Maalaea, making it a great home base for trips to Lahina, Kihei, Haleakala, Hana and the airport. This Direct Ocean Front 1 bedroom/ 1 bath condo has views of south Maui that are simply breath taking. You can swim, snorkel or surf right in front of the unit. Maalaea is one of Maui’s “Best kept Secrets”.

Our unit is not just ocean view, it is Direct Ocean Front. The views are simply breath taking; day and night; imagine watching the moon rise over Haleakala Volcano. By looking at the photos you can see that the pool is only about 15 feet from the ocean.

• Golf: can be reached by driving for 10 minute(s). There are 5 golf course(s) nearby. A short drive to the golf course.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). A Five Star restaurant is located within the complex itself, and you can walk a short distance to several premium restaurants, the Maui Ocean Center and many delightful shops.
• The unit is Ocean front. Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is coarse sand. There is a dock. The dock is public. Our condo is a Direct Ocean Front, not just "ocean view".
Payments and Policies
Payment Details
25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 50) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - American Express - PayPal
$500.00 deposit for Christmas bookings. Christmas cancellations must be made before October 1st.

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
