• The unit is Ocean front. Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is fine sand. Although there isn't sand beach directly in front of the condo, beautiful 5 mile long Sugar Beach begins at the park at the end of our dead-end street - 5 minute walk. Snorkeling, surfing, swimming, windsurfing directly out front, stairs in seawall allow easy access.
• Nearby Attractions: Maui Miniature Golf and Sports Park with two 18 hole miniature golf course, bumper boats, rock climbing within 2 minute drive (5 minute walk). Maui Ocean Center within 2 minute drive (5 minute walk). Golf: Nearest golf courses are Sandalwood and Dune at Maui Lani.
Payments and Policies
Payment Details
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed but this unit is not suitable for persons under the age of 5.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
