1 King Bed (sleeps 2). Master Bedroom, with King sized bed, has an amazing view of the ocean, Molokini, across to Kihei and Wailea, sunrise view over Haleakala--please view the photos. Heirloom-style bedspread, 2 side tables with drawers, 2 small wall lamps, alarm clock radio, ceiling fan with light, mirrored by-pass doors on closet with hangars and lots of storage; laminate hardwood floors. There are Shoji sliding privacy doors that separate the Master from the livingroom. There is an ensuite bathroom with a walk in shower. 1 Double Bed (sleeps 2). Second bedroom has double bed, 1 side tables with drawers, three-drawer dresser with 20" TV and VHS player. Alarm clock, ceiling fan with light, mirrored by-pass doors on closet (closet comes with hangars and lots of storage); carpeted floor. Floor fan stored in closet. Upholstered chair and foot rest. The view is across the exterior hallway of the complex, through some palms and trees, to the mountains in the distance. There is a bathroom with bathtub and shower, adjacent to this bedroom. 1 Queen Hide-A-Bed/Sofa Bed (sleeps 2). The livingroom has laminate floors, and the same beautiful view from the room, and the lanai, as the Master Bedroom has. The room has a TV, DVD player, VHS player, a desk by the internet connection, and is attached to the dining room.

Bathroom 1 is an en suite and has toilet, shower and one basin.
Bathroom 2 has toilet, bathtub, shower and one basin.

This is an absolutely stunning oceanfront view of Kahoolawe, Molokini, and Haleakala. Back bedroom and rear kitchen window look out over the exterior building hallway, over palms, trees, and onto the Maui Mountains.

• Transit: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Type of transit is Bus. Bus and Shuttles at Maalaea Harbor Shopping Center, which is about a 5 to 8 minute walk away.
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 20 minute(s). There are more than 10 golf course(s) nearby.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Maalaea Harbor Center is about a 5 to 8 minute walk and has lots to offer; it has restaurants--including Buzz's Wharf for fine dining, Ma'alea Grill, the cafe/ restaurant in the Maui Ocean Center; shopping (including Whaler's Village Store, soap and candle makers store, Pacific Whale Foundation gift shop); coffee shop/Internet cafe; ice cream store. Not up for the walk? 2 minute drive! There is a fine dining restaurant called Waterfront that is two minute walk away; on the way to the Ma'alea Harbor Centre. Just as close, there is the Tradewinds Mart and Deli.
• The unit is Ocean front. Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is sand and rocks. Fine sandy Sugar Beach is a 5 minute walk away, on a quiet dead-end street! If you love long walks on an oceanside beach, Sugar Beach will be for you. It is roughly a 50 minute walk south until you come upon the first complexes along the beach. If you love long walks, it is possible to have lunch there at the sandwich shop in the small mall beside Sugar Beach Resort, and then walk back to Lauloa. For snorkling, there is water access right out front the oceanside of the complex, via stairs in the seawall. This area is great for snorkeling/swimming/fishing/surfing/windsurfing.
• Nearby Attractions: The Maui Ocean Center ('The Hawaiian Aquarium') is a five minute walk away. It is open 365 days of the year, from 9:00 a.m. to 5 pm. (In July and August, they are open until 6pm.) For dining while exploring the Ocean Center, it Center offers the Seascape Ma‘alaea Restaurant, and the Reef cafe. Maui Miniature Golf and Sports Park has bumper boats, rock climbing, two 18 hole miniature golf courses and snack bar is a 2 minute drive-5 minute walk. The nearest golf courses are the courses Sandalwood and Dune at Maui Lani. The complex is located a 5 minute walk from the Ma`alaea Harbor, which is where people go to catch the cruise boats that can take you on various snorkling cruises (such as to Molokini, Lanai, La Perusa Bay, Turtle Town) or on sunset cruises or scuba trips.

All of the rent is required (45 or more days in advance) to complete the booking. A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund.

A $100 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required at the time the reservation is made. A current credit card and ID of the person named on the reservation form must be presented at check-in. After the final payment is made you will be given more detailed check-in instructions including directions to the office to pick up your key or a lock-box code to get into the condominium.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
